Previous Game: Lost 38-21 against Indiana

Much like the previous week, WKU jumped out to a 7-0 lead.  Also like last week, they proceeded to surrender an mind-numbingly bad run, giving up 31 unanswered points to the Hoosiers.  They seem to be able to score fairly regularly once the other team puts in their backups, so that's something going for them.  

Next game: At South Florida

In an epic battle of state directional schools, the Hilltoppers take their talents to South Beach (confession: I don't actually know where South Florida is located).  

Why WKU Might Have a Shot: USF players decide to partake in pregame festivities before the 7pm start, which hopefully leads to some sort of food poisoning like in the ESPN commercial.

Realistically: USF is a halfway decent Big East team playing in a home night game after a bye week.  Their next game is against FAU, so they aren't exactly looking ahead.  This one could get ugly fast.
