Follow the middle link for Eamonn Brennan's take on the bubble teams (he applauds the focus on NU, which is nice).

The one point where I disagree with him - and most people covering NU - is I actually don't think the tough opening stretch of B10 play is that crucial. This is a more mature team now, and even if they start 0 - 3 in conference I think they could come back strong and regain their confidence. I still see ten wins in conference play.

6 wins from the six weaker games:  VS Iowa, @ Iowa, VS PSU, @ PSU, VS Indy, @ Indy

3 wins from the middle of the pack six games: VS Mich, @ Mich, VS Wisky, @ Wisky, VS Minny, @ Minny

1 upset win from games against the top teams: VS Illinois, @ Illinois, VS OSU, VS MSU, @ MSU

So even if we lose the next two, there's still plenty of room on the schedule to do some damage. That being said, it would be ballin' if we beat MSU tonight.
