As we approach the end of the most active Sippin' on Purple combined football / basketball seasons to date, I wanted to take one minute to say something:

Thank you Rodger and Loretta, for running this joint.

Since September I have visited SoP every week to talk about the games, read your commentary, and bask in the glow of a small community of NU fans that know what the hell they're talking about and care about the teams and the players (seriously, I don't even look at Wildcat Report anymore). Also, you put up with my game thread antics, which is nice.

So here's to the good times, and the crying times, in NU sports. Keep this baby going strong with smart, fun commentary, and I will reload frequently to shower you in advertising dollars.
