Northwestern is off to the Kohl Center, where Bill Carmody has never won. Also, both JerShon Cobb and Alex Marcotullio are out with injuries, meaning the NU bench consists of Luka Mirkovic, Nick Fruendt, Omar Jimenez and James Montgomery III. So, yeah.
But all of Northwestern's best players are ready to go, and Wisconsin hasn't been their usual unbeatable self at home, so there's hope.
Talk about the game here. But please do not request, link to, or otherwise discuss illegal video streams of the game; you could get SB Nation sued or otherwise punished.

To Bucky's credit...
…they are nowhere near as insufferable as the MSU fans’ thread was for that game. They seemed to completely ignore the fact we were a pretty good (top 30ish) RPI team, and kept saying we sucked, losing to NU is embarrassing, etc….real bad form….like Iowa football fans.
I love BHGP....

We desperately need to sweep Minnesota. They won’t shoot like this, but we’re still gonna need to play looser, more comfortable ball. Would really help that to get Cobb / Marco back.

Nice thing about being a team that shoots the 3 well....
….we can come back in a hurry if we got hot.
Plus, we can force a lot of fouls on them if we keep driving on them….their defense is aggressive and foul-prone. That could extend the game.

But I’m saying if you were thinking that we walk into Madison and suddenly everything’s changed and we should win, you were kidding yourself.
Best chance out of any of the last few years? Definitely. It’s still UW on the road, though, with a 5-man lineup.

Keep in mind...
…I think we’re going to easily surpass the Badgers’ normal opponent PPG average….this is just Wisconsin shooting way too well, even against pretty good defense by the Cats (lots of contested 3s)

I had a 9-9 scenario without either this win or Sparty, so we’re ahead of that.

can we sweep the next 5? i think we might have a chance to. if the other teams don’t go fucking off like that
we gotta win at least 3 of the next 5
otherwise it’ll be tough without a very strong finish
