what is with your hard-on for “must win” games?

they need to win a minimum of 8 big ten games to have a chance, which means they have to win six of their remaining 12 big ten games. every game is important, no game in january (let alone december) is so important that a loss ends the season.

I’m really trying to gauge your standards here more than anything else, after your rant last month about LTP and Creighton. I see where you’re coming from now, but also think that there are a limited number of games on the schedule that are winnable for this team, and that they can’t afford to let too many of them slip away.

So for the record- while I would agree that this is not necessarily a must-win game- I would also say that a loss would leave the Cats with a rapidly diminishing margin for error.
