The rating values are taken from the Colley Matrix, one of the mathematical rating systems that goes into the BCS's Computer Rankings. I like it as an unbiased visual representation of how Big Ten teams have fared relative to one another this season. Northwestern is currently #23 in the Colley Matrix, their highest ranking through Week 9 during Fitz's tenure.
