Northwestern! Texas State! It's a game thread!

Northwestern tries to play a basketball game without Drew Crawford for the first of - no, that can't be right, can it? - 22 times this year, if not more. And if you thought the first ten were fun with Drew, boy are you in for a treat!We get to see who the team plays in place of Drew and how good they are and if they can beat Texas State, and, of course, if they can't beat Texas State, well, problems. In all honesty, the team hasn't gotten off to that bad of a start - three losses, but three losses to teams that are having really strong years thus far, plus wins over Illinois State and Baylor - but we'll see if any of that can carry on without Crawford.

Game's at 6 p.m. on the Big Ten Network, so you can watch it if you so choose, as I will be doing. (Although I'll be keeping a pretty tight eye on the Knicks, as well as the Jets - err, my fantasy football matchup.)
