Advanced Video Analysis Of The South Dakota Coyotes

It's been tough to find info on the South Dakota Coyotes - there's no real blogs on the team, not that much media coverage, you know the like - but just because they're a 1-1 FCS team doesn't mean I'm going to take them lightly. Northwestern has a chance to remain undefeated Saturday, and I fully intend on taking the as seriously as possible. So I procured this film of the Coyotes in action

  • The South Dakota Coyotes have some innovative ideas in terms of attacking strategy, but this often leaves them vulnerable to simple fundamental flaws.
  • The Coyotes have some explosive plays up their sleeve, but these often come back to blow up in their face.
  • The Coyotes often simply aren't fast enough to keep up with the competition.
  • The Coyotes find themselves out in space by themselves a lot, but often lack the awareness to notice.
  • The Coyotes often find themselves pancaked and flattened by big blocks.
  • The Coyotes' schemes are often too complex for them to execute.
  • What do you guys notice about South Dakota? Err... the Coyotes.
